Delivery
Postage Costs
All orders to the UK can be sent by 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail. Overseas orders are charged at Royal Mail Airmail rates in the check-out process. For exceptionally large orders, courier rates are available in the check-out.
Order Despatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours; during Monday to Friday, we dispatch every day so it is likely to be less than 24 hours. There may be a slight delay at weekends and Bank Holidays.
Delivery Services
Most First Class mail arrives the next working day; Parcels Service can take between 3 and 5 days. If your order has not arrived within a week of posting, please contact your local sorting office to see if an item is being held for you.
Please note that the Royal Mail do not allow compensation claims until 15 working days have elapsed after the posting date. In this rare event, we are bound by this condition and will send replacements after the elapsed time.
Delivery by airmail to Europe is approx. 3-5 days and 5-7 to Africa, Americas, Asia and Australisia.
Tracking
Most orders are dispatched by standard Royal Mail First Class or via Royal Mail Parcel Service. Neither of these services provides a tracking option. If you require tracking, please contact us and we will quote the latest and best courier 1-2 day delivery prices.
Damage in the Post
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement at our cost and will make the necessary claim against the carrier at our risk. Please note that many carriers will contact the addressee to confirm the damage and you will be required to sign a declaration.
Customer Collection
We have no retail premises and therefore collection is not offered.

From £10 to £100 and more. On each card, the stake and the prize(s) given is up to you. On a 40 square card, at 50p per square, you bring in £20 and a £10 prize gives a profit of £10. For a 100 square card at £1 per square, you bring in £100 and prizes of £30 and £20 gives you a £50 profit. Multiple that by a whole season of fundraising, with just a pen needed, and you have a tidy income!
